Dan did say that it would be at 7 UK time, so they're almost 30 minutes late. Have I missed some announcement?

I like how Phil said "Emily is peeing THEMself" :) I feel like they're making an effort to refer to people (fictional or real) with gender-neutral terms and it really makes me happy.

That was actually pretty fun - I'm really glad they did it with random people and didn't try to involve subscribers. This is purely personal preference but I think the subscriber interaction thing really only works with something like Mario Kart, where everyone knows it's less about playing a good game and more about people wanting to interact with/fuck with their faves.

that was good, i like how they constantly defended their lighting choice, but still ended up turning them off lol

I noticed that as well and was pleased :)

Overall, I really enjoyed this. The game was exciting, their interactions were fun to watch, they were sitting super close again and were being cute. Buuuut... Did Dan imply they're ending Spooky Week tomorrow?

That was alright. Too bad they wasted all that time waiting in the beginning when they could have been customizing their character. Though they seemed to like their alternative girl, Phil appreciated the colorful jeans on the second person and Dan was all about the blonde guy with the jumper round his shoulders (reminds of his thing for Chris from Dream Daddy).

It’s a game I probably would feel scared playing, but watching, nah. Phil’s advice at the end of the first round was terrible (why did Dan listen to him) as was his first attempt. What was it Dan said? Something about leaning his head against the wall, bending over and getting skewered? Yeah, that...

He did seem to imply that yeah... I think the plan is to upload baking on Monday, which leaves nothing for the 31st, as I think he also implied no liveshow, which is probably smart... I dunno. One of my fave 2012 liveshows was Dan’s Halloween special. I’m curious about this challenge aspect they added to the baking.

I finally got catched up on Spooky Week just in time for the live stream. :D Was a nice change from Mario Kart (not that I don't like those streams, cause I totally do) and I hope they consider doing another of this kind of game in the future. I love Phil's reactions to it, he seemed surprisingly freaked out and it's cute. The game isn't very scary to watch but I think I'd feel more nervous actually playing it.

Also I know the conversation has moved on, but I just wanted to mention that I think dizzy's post about Phil & boundaries was spot on. :lilheart:.

Oh my god. Dan did say he was excited about an article of clothing. Well spotted malday. My hopes are so high now. Can they wear matching black ripped skinny jeans too? :pumpkinphil:

it's not like it's very different to how they act in real life

Edit: they did mention something about dexterity and hand-eye coordination, so

My favorite thing about this besides everything is that if they wear it so they appear as Dan And Phil on camera, it will be Dan's right and Phil's left hand free, leading to added chaos from non dominant hands.

That was such a good live show, and I think the game they picked was a good choice. :ghostclaps: :vampire:
I’m excited for tomorrow’s vid which is apparently going to be pretty scary (really hope it is) and the baking vid of course. Sounds like it will be a fun one with the added challenge.

Didn't catch the stream live today, but I watched it back. I was genuinely frustrated when they got so close to making it on Dan's first try, even more so when Phil died within like a minute because I then knew we were never getting close to the point again :')

I enjoyed it, it was the first proper scary game they played this Spooky Week. Nothing really nightmare inducting yet though, so for now my sleep will not be disturbed. :thumb:

Wow, sharing the same jumper while baking, what could go wrong  since we already know it involves giant marshmallows, there might not be any heat involved. Still, especially with their non-dominant hands if they stick to their order, this could be very funny and a complete disaster, or floppydingdong, as Dan likes to say.

Since my post got eaten, and I had a feeling it would so saved it, my thoughts on the livestream... I loved it, first game I’ve found scary, or at least tense, and I thought they did pretty well. I remember seeing the first film and the reason the counselors get killed for drinking or having sex is cos then they’re not watching the kids. It was funny how many stages of dim to dark lighting they went through and how they looked just fine every time. I spent the last 30 seconds admiring Phil’s shoulders in that tshirt.
