Hi!

I found this site the other day when I fell into a pretty big D&P wormhole after being told Dan had rebranded.

I've been a fan of theirs since I was 17 (I'm 22 now) and always had a special place in my heart for both of them. Phil was shown to me after I had a really bad mental health night in an attempt to cheer me up. Dan helped me make the best decision of my life, which was to drop out of university and start over.And they both helped me through the horrible aftermath of a fire I caused (fun fact, that story was read out on the radio show and it made Dan scream). I stopped being a fan of them because I stopped finding them as funny and their fans on tumblr and twitter kinda killed it for me because I felt too old (Even though I was 19/20)

I was curious about them the other day when I heard Dan has rebranded (read: I wanted to know if they'd come out during the rebranding or if they'd come out as being in a relationship with other people) and watched a few videos. And a few more. And then fell into a catch-up marathon of everything since early 2015.

So yeah, I'm here because I'd like to keep involved with them, as I'm finding them as funny and relatable as I used to do (Especially Dan). And I like forums and I'm sick of fandoms on twitter etc and this seems like a nice place.

Sorry for waffling I'm procrastinating revising, but yeah, hi! Nice to meet you all.

thanks! I gathered that from my initial visit here which is why I decided to join, you seem friendly and open to different debates which interest me.

Thank you! My exam is next Wednesday (but I have resits in August fml) so I should be more active in the next week or so.

Fun fact, I just watched TATINOF for the first time whilst playing a drinking game and I don't think I've loved anything so much in a long time. The nostalgia train hit pretty hard, so much so I had to find my old danosaur t-shirt and put it on.
