i also managed to get the link using that! (i think it was thrashqueen ?) thanks!
i used to lurk hard on gg and only messaged with one user (hi, loststars!) who tried giving me the link last week when it was turned into "the site that shall not be named" and now she messaged me again today with the link turning into notaytguru .com
i stopped receiving emails about messages or my subscriptions and now i also see that i can only receive messages but cannot send anything because it says: "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature"
aside from all the mod drama, these things are bothering even for a low key lurker; gg has become a strange place i think i'd rather completely ditch that place and move on to here!

What i didnt know is that, when someone becomes a mod he is removed from that list automatically(?) because you have to suffer seeing their posts. I learn something new every day

Well, if that post is intended to shade me, then I already said I'm no saint and like my lolz with the Gleamers threads lol. It doesn't strike me as interesting in so much as people liking different things different amounts. To be fair, Deppy imo have more respect and appreciation for their audience and treat them better than someone like Alfie does.

Welcome! "Strange" in an understatement for the STSNBN site that shall not be named. I always felt awkward there (actually, I always feel awkward) but there was a general air of condescension and dysfunction. When the banning, dictating, hypocrisy started, I really thought that was it for me. I was so ecstatic to see trashqueen's link. This forum is great. The admins/mods have put a lot of effort into making it feel like "home" (down to the comforter-style banners) So glad you found us.

Guess not, if he seems to think the board will load faster with all us gone. Even though I just got errors twice trying to find that quote and they literally had to make about 150 different versions of ways to mask the link to IDB and making it look like spam so people couldn't find us

Now that some people have been unbanned/posts have been restored?? (Am I correct in saying that??), should we archive once again with a more completed version??

It's kind of hard to keep track of who has been banned/unbanned/whose posts have been restored/deleted since the first archival.

I also can't make another account because neither of my activation emails came through, on 2 attemps. (with throwaway gmail addresses, and an IP proxy). i gave up a week and a half ago. never been happier.

My name isn't red anymore, but if you click on it it says "this user does not exist." When I use my password it says, "You have specified an incorrect password." When I attempt to reset my password, it says, "Your account has not been activated yet."

My username was unbanned, but Morgan seemed cranky about it so I'm never posting again incase he changes his mind and bans me randomly. One of my IP's is still banned though so I can rarely login anyway. I only use it to read the Gleam trash threads now.

When i click on you everything is normal. That's odd even for GG.

oqua's account still says it doesn't exist when i click on it. Just like mine.

Btw, i PM everyone who posts in the thread. That sounds like i'm mental, but almost nobody posts there anymore, so it's really just a few minutes a day. If that. And i also don't try to rip them away from GG, i just inform them of this new forum since we can't post the link in the thread.
It's satisfying to see people pop up here.

I also sent some PM's around about IDB and I can still access my GG account, so I doubt it was the PM's. Did you have the same username on there as you do on here?

I don't think that is the case though, because after the initial threat, nothing happens at all to my account. I like Fel's post, and one of the post from rants thread, even give a few people the link to this website.

i managed to request a new password and the link in my email brought me to a screen asking me to change my email, which i've never seen before, as the board was having 'issues' with it. which i've now done, and left a parting message in the deppy thread... bizarre.

i hope they enjoy my critique before banning me properly this time, the cheeky little penis sausages.

Idk, but I use the same username with the same avatar but nothing happens on my account at all. I am still able to login and read gleamers threads. Maybe it was because I gave them no room for framing me for any misconduct on the forum but if they went as far to ban you who also did nothing, then I don't know anymore. :wtf:

They really are so inconsistent, it's confusing. I was either banned because i'm here under the same name (and in the beginning i had the same avatar) or because i was sending PMs with a link to IDB to people.
(I also didn't post anything that could be used to "frame" me)

The only consistent thing is that nobody was warned before being banned
