Dan: black yeezy, grey sack (grace us with your presence), other grey sweater t-shirt, moth shirt, black long sleeved shirt, black faceless shirt, black yeezy, black shirt with orange he recently wore, white totoro, white shirt with smile and black cardigan, gator girl hat, jorts (in Florida)... That's all I remember

Philly: purple triangle t shirt, three versions of white t-shirt-captain America, weird Egyptian eye, and illuminate eye, button up blue shirt with polka dots , green bomber, American flag shirt, red plaid shirt, jorts, colorful and black jigsaw shirt, fox sweater, maroon oscars hotel shirt, dark circles (sorry I had to)

Looks like Dan actually brought more clothes and he's being a living meme. Remember last year he did the same with the zipper shirt after people teased him about wearing it twice- I bet he's wearing it in spite despite burning in the Texas heat

I thought Dan was staring at some screen or a different camera (idk, not at Phil anyway) 'cause it looks like he's staring at the same point as the presenter. Check here right at the beginning:

They could toss us a cute tweet from Space Center Houston, but the most I'm expecting is a tweet about the heat, ants, mosquitoes, and/or a breakfast product of some sort. (Is there a yawning emoji for "bored out of my mind"? and maybe a bingo card?)

Now, they are in Texas, so if they want to tweet about some breakfast tacos....some migas...some biscuits and gravy...some chicken fried steak...trying different kinds of hot sauce...some brisket...some queso (sorry Phil)...I could go on...I'd be here for that. But I think we all know where sugar fiend Lester is headed but, heck, I'd probably get excited if he told us about his red velvet french toast or butter pecan ice cream at this point. and then holler about him eating dairy again.

That huff po interview tho I'd half wondered at one point if they were going to do any interviews on this tour but it doesn't look too promising.

Edit: Actually, that interview reminded me of something I was thinking about as I was reading all of the discussion going on yesterday (all of you, btw, as someone new here I learned a lot about what it's like to have followed them through the years and seen the changes in the quality of their work). Putting it under a cut since we've moved on:

About the Huff post interview I think that Dan is just staring at a screen where the tape was playing as the interviewer was introducing them. You can see in this video, that Dan turned his head right after it stopped and the interviewer started talking directly to them. I don't think that Dan would stare at Phil for so long, I mean Phil is beautiful but Dan is too restricted to do that. You can also see his head turn that way when some of the fan questions are being played.

If you're gonna go on and on about how the tour is taking up your life and use it as an excuse for no content, at least make lemons out of lemonade and please the fans. Take us along for the ride. Instagram, tweet, post second-channel videos of your experiences. Right now, we're all just Phil's sad friend who didn't get to go to Portugal.

Beyond the uploading schedule (that is a true problem I guess but as someone remarked it is not thaaaaat much different than their normal one, less gaming channel but still not that different) the real thing is that we all feel completely left out. Like we are missing out on such a nice party.

I remember that I was kinda excited for them being in America and touring. I thought it was gonna give us some different content, some nice pics maybe a few lessamazingphil videos. I guess we did get some different content in that they became even more, if that is possible, caricatures of themselves.
They make me think of the sitcom FRIENDS in a way. At the beginning, the characters had personality traits and characteristics, in the last seasons they were complete caricatures without any depth and only 2 defining traits.

I think it was Bedhead who said that if they are unwilling to share anything a bit deep or real about themselves, they shouldn't be youtubers. I agree with that. You can rely on a caricature of yourself for comedic purpose for a little bit, but on the long run you need to show some of yourself.
And I understand how tough it must be because we are rabbid. We analyse everything, archive everything, talk and rehash and speculate about every single detail they give us. But yeah it is both their clame to fame and their downfall. They managed to attract us the phandom because for whatever reason we are so into them as people. We all came for different things but it seems we are all because we love them, their relationship, their interactions... We are beside ourselves when Phil gives us a bit of unfiltered in the gaming videos or when he tweets about something that he actually likes or when Dan gives us any kind of genuine opinion in a video or liveshow. I they keep censuring and protecting themselves so they don't show us anything real and genuine from their personalities, I don't think the phandom will stick around.

Back to the tour, I can't believe they keep the interactions so minimal and so dull because they think it is enough/satisfying. Maybe they are doing the same strategy than when they dropped the book/tour where it was radio silence before and after.
Maybe they think that "starving" us will make us rush to get the tour DVD when it drops at the end of the tour? Honestly if it is that, they are very misguided because people would still rush the fuck up to get that DVD if they interacted more. On the contrary, looking at this thread and a bit on twitter, what they are managing to do is pissing people off more and more to the point that some of them seem to have taken a step back and to not care that much anymore. Whatever they are trying to achieve, it is a very bad move.

If they just can't be bothered then, I don't know what to say. But honestly I don't think that's it. I know everyone loves to call them lazy but I don't think they are lazy. Badly organized, dreadful with schedule, probably not productive enough, yes but lazy no. And even if, honestly the laziest person can still tweet or instagram, I am a perfect example of that.

for Dan being in jumper in the desert my guess is that they just came out of the tour bus where the air-con is probably on max and it is very cold (because for some reason, people generally love to give you a cold in summer with putting the air-con at -20°)

I found that tweet yesterday and reported it. What i also did was send the account to D&P's flipside mail addresses in hopes that someone from their management sees it and that they have a faster way to shutting that account down.

I agree, it's a very tricky situation. The only issue I have with mass reporting is that then it gives opportunity for this information to be more widely available. hopefully they'll get taken down ASAP. I don't understand the fascination people have of leaking this kinda info, its extremely selfish of the original Twitter account to do it, but as Dan says, there are too many people seeking attention on the internet.

This was definitely my favorite interview of the whole USA book mini-tour. Not only was it long and more than just those 2-minute morning news spots and they seemed happy and natural, the interviewer was so respectful! And actually seemed like he liked them/their content, and had such a good back and forth. It was fun to watch. (and re-watch just now, thanks for posting it)
