Got toward the front of the line. I kind of blanked because it was so strange seeing them in person. I think I missed hugging Dan. They mainly struck me as being wispy - tall and thin. Rolled "I like your shirt" on the Wheel o' Compliments(tm) as planned. I kinda have no idea what happened but I asked Phil my request to play Keep Talking & Nobody Explodes, he said he'd try to keep it in mind, but I'm sure I'm already forgotten.

Had them sign my fan art, Dan asked what it was like to have talent.

Sorry this is scattered, I suck at phone typing. Waiting now for the line to finish and see the exit wave.

The lady who cut the temporary M&G wristband off also cut my Phantom # band and destroyed it, do not recommend wearing both.

Your meet and greet sounds great, obviously bar the woman cutting off tour phandom band! that's awful that she did that. I love the saying 'wheel o'compliments' haha. So true. If you feel comfortable doing so it would be great to see your picture and your art too :) come back and review the show x

Sorry double post. I just saw this video (thanks updatedphan) and I love Dans 'would you like a hug' at the beginning. Would many of you turn round and say no? I probably wouldn't want a hug so it's nice that he asked.

Just got back! Very fun.

Some highlights/unique bits while I remember them, probably more for my own sake more than anyone else's.
7 sec challenges:

P: name 5 bands you listened to as a teenager
D: oh it's too soon but MCR, fall out boy, panic at the disco, radiohead (i think he said) and.... Oh. Muse. (Insert more complaining about too soon to think about MCR)

P: Make a rap about Kentucky
D: Kentucky Kentucky, it's got fried chicken and Phil and me!

Phil failed to name 5 animals that start with S. He got sloth (or snake?) and starfish. After time was up and the audience was naming things he came up with shiba inu.

Phil succeeded at spelling tatinof backwards.

There was a part of this where Phil got tickled at something Dan did, not coming to mind at the moment, dang it.

Edit: the last one was do your best meme face for Dan who did doge obvs, including a legcrossing pose that he held for quite a while. Phil said he expected comic sans to pop up and dan did some hand flash things with some blinging sounds and I think that's what made Phil giggle.

Weird Kids
- ate a ladybug (3 pts)
- thought auto flush toilets would swallow her (3 pts)
- convinced herself & friends she could communicate telepathically with dogs (4 pts)
P: if i had a super power I would want to communicate with animals.
D: what do dogs even talk about? "Hey what are you up to?" "Oh just thinking of peeing on that tree." "Same."
- ate an entire tube of chapstick (5 pts)

Crafts:
Patriotic hat with derp faces
Terrifying mannequin type heads - phils's painted with clouds and dan's like starry night)
Melapples painting (repeat or another version? p.sure that's been done before)
Plush llama with Dan's Pinof 4 derp face taped on
Are they using their actual Ghibli museum popup book as the prop for the last bit of this?

ISG:
- what do i do about friends that don't get memes?
D: just introduce them to tumblr and let it destroy their lives like it has yours.
- how to convince mom to let me use tumblr
dan did the how many moms/hey ladies thing
D: for parents out there, tumblr is a website where young people can discuss their studies, and definitely not see questionable pictures or writing. Just basically discuss... Christianity ok next.
- how do I get my daughter to stop watching you?
D: no need for that we're great influences. Right guys?
- how much black is too much
Obviously there's never enough
- how do i find the perfect flannel?
D: fashion advice? I have a great icon for you. Watch this guy called AmazingPhil, about 85% of what he wears is plaid. He has like 3 red plaid shirts, he has a problem. (Went on a bit, cute.)

I'm missing pieces but kind of impressed I came up with this much.

Generally just loved how Phil would glance at Dan throughout the musical number.

Phil is seriously very pale looking under stage lights.

Got the impression that they're pretty settled into the show at this point? Not in a bad way, not sure what I'm even saying.
The lady at the M&G asked if I'd bought the wristband there, if I had she would've replaced it, which was nice. Not like I actually wear it at least, the only reason I had it on was because It'd be the only time to not feel silly wearing it outside.

I asked them to pose like my drawing and of course they did, will probably post after I crop myself out, no one needs to see that. :P

One more: there wasn't a strong consensus on naming the llama, somehow Dan came up with Larry. "Larry the llama. Are you saying that because it sounds good or because you're a 1D fan?"

Haha it's 5:30am and just remembered another part and wanted to add it before I forget again, and it's not like I'm sleeping much on this hotel brick bed.
How could I almost forget this?
Phil's first 7sc was to do his best impression of Dan, to which he did "Hi. My name is [Dan]" and Dan walked around behind the microwave to hide. When he came back he went, "really? Of all the things?" Audience loved it of course.

Also, another of the crafts was the Dan and Phil "ship" - an actual boat on a wave ("oh it looks like the owl slide") with them and some various related things. One of the sails said "whisk" which Dan made a "really?" face at also.

Another ISG: how to stop procrastinating. What you'd expect: "you're asking me?? The only thing that got me to stop procrastinating was the fear that if I didn't start now it would destroy my life. So just wait until the last possible minute you can start until you have that fear."

Honestly with the ISG questions I would think they were recycled from other shows if the voice didn't say where they were from. They all sounded similar to other places except maybe the flannel one. Maybe they just prefer those as easy answers.
Highly recommend stuffing a bit of tissue in your ears before it starts. It really helps muffle the screams and you can hear the stage better. It's oddly magical.

Sorry for using this as my braindump, I missed the cutoff to edit my last post again.
Opened with Phil telling Dan to give 3 facts about Kentucky "and don't mention fried chicken". Of course he said that was going to be one of his. One was the "best state" one. Another was that someone came up and said (with southern accent) "welcome to Loo-uh-vull, y'all" so Phil was pronouncing it wrong as "lou-ee-ville." "Sorry, we're British!" It's hard to write the way it's actually pronounced around here, that's as close as I can attempt. Still haven't thought of the 3rd.

Some people on Tumblr complained about several phans bringing signs and waiting outside way after the show, just what Dan and Phil said not to. Anyone who went there can confirm this? :(
