I'm hoarse from screaming along and I don't even play/understand video games. (Pleaes don't shame me my parents are from a place that didn't get TV till the 70s. I was lucky to experience Lambchops and Commander Keene eventually.)

The video is so gloriously long, and they're so absorbed and so cute. I need to watch it again just for seeing Phil's calming effect on the screaming wreck that was once Dan They say the weirdest things in the heat of the moment. I mean, I sound pretty strange if I'm rambling under stress too, but I'd like to think it's not nearly as disturbing as the phrase that led to Phil's concerned "Stop that sentence." I had to pause to collect myself. And Phil making fun of Dan's use of "harken" I just love it. Was weepy all morning but it's better now. I adore these nerds.

The room looks SO empty now. I rewatched the intro to see if they put something else instead of the cardboard boxes but nope. Would make sense to move them if they had gotten some small tables or something, but there's nothing. It does seem weird

I keep forgetting that there's basically only a week left before it's August. I don't want to hold my breath for them to give us some incredible news, this way I won't be disappointed

That video was worth waiting for. It was stressful and hilarious at the same time. I'm not a gamer and when I do play a game once in a blue moon, I suck at it and get frustrated very easily. I could not have played that myself, I think I would have murdered someone And it was also adorable. It's amazing to see how well they know each other and constantly get annoyed with each other while still being proud and fond and cute. Married is seriously the best way to describe them in this video. I'm fucking jealous of them, tbh. But obviously also very happy that they have each other.

Can't believe they denied us hearing Phil swear, what is it with the "give the people what they want" huh?

Well that was a roller-coaster! Am I the only one who just wanted both of them to shut up so that you could focus on the gameplay? There was so much happening simultaneously that I seriously think I need to rewatch the video with captions or wait for the timestamps to make any sense of what was going on.

I feel like this room looks soooo much smaller in this video too.

I was so stressed out watching it (I guess I swore with dan at some point) I kept replaying parts of the video to pay attention to the bants, but I guess I'll have to go back and watch it all again just for them, because it feels like this video is the closest we got to see how they really act while gaming together, but less angry apparently. Idk about you, but when I played and I was stressed about the game I used to say a lot of non sense stuff because it popped up in my head, and that's what I saw there. Quality deppy gaming video 10/10

ahh this was worth the wait! the gameplay looked really cool for starters, though i'm taking the fact that i bit my own fist from frustration while watching this as an indication that i should probably never try to play it myself. i'll definitely rewatch this one, it was so funny and entertaining! a few things that i loved from the top of my head and in no particular order:

- so much singing, especially phil singing the lizard song
- phil laughing when dan dies quickly and completely ignoring his bragging
- dan (but also phil one time) whining to get another go
- dan telling us how they played the game for themselves
- "language, daniel" vs. "you need to slow the heck down, mister"
- "should i do this bit? i feel like i'm better at it" - "fuck you"
- them constantly alternating between "consensual banter" and super seriously! cheering each other on
(- also i feel like ~the banting~ was really balanced this time?)
- "we've been over this. pitch has nothing to do with the sound barrier" - "it does today"
- "master of erotic massages" sometimes i'm in awe at how dan's mind works

all the banter was so good even though the game was so stressful. 10/10 i loved it.

[offtopic]I can't believe how awful the comments are. I feel like it has gotten exponentially worse, especially on gaming vids, even in the last few months. Not often cruel or rude comments like you see on so many other videos, just stupid and irrelevant crap that sets my teeth on edge.

Scroll down pages and pages of the top comments and all you see is all-caps screeching and "notification squad" this, "posse" that, at least three "OMG PHAN" type comments of some kind, and garbage like "I'm here early wanna hear a joke"... it hurts me. It physically gives me pain.

Do you think the guys actually suffer through reading that crap? Or am I just ignorant of Helpful Internet Tools and they do have filters of some kind to get down to some actual feedback? They must. You'd have to. I don't know how that stuff works, but someone please tell me they can filter somehow.

An opinion from anyone on how to make those comments matter again? It's all so disorganized and there's no reward for relevant comments and no punishment of off-topic drivel and I can't fix it but someone at Google has to try. For the love of all that's holy somebody TRY.[/offtopic]

I loved loved loved this. I was very absorbed in the game play, not watching the boys nearly as much as I usually do, but the bants were great, so many things said that I couldn't quote any of them, but you guys have mentioned some good ones. It felt as close to hearing their actual gaming talk as you can when their still conscious of the camera/audience.

I like that Dan handed Phil the controller first and Phil was surprised and asked him why While I would love to have heard Phil swear, probably just a "shit" that pales in comparison to all of Dan's "fucks" I still like that it was Phil's choice to self censor. At the same time we had some very nice adult casual Phil, so I am very happy. Phil just calmly agreeing to Dan's "fuck you". Oh and Dan started mentioning a throw back to their original Crash Bandicoot video but got distracted and never game back to it.

I noticed they were zoomed in and close together, I didn't draw the conclusion with the boxes, but you all have got me very excited. I'm ready to accept that this duplex was just six months of temporary living and storage. "So much storage you wouldn't believe."

That video was so worth the drought, I love it so much and I'm gonna need to rewatch that about 25x just because and I want to be buried in domesticity when I'm done tnx.

Look at them roasting each other, encouraging each other, having their inside jokes and rules and explaining them to us, SWEARING (damn them for editing Phil's swear out). And Dan was totally gonna call back to when they played it back in the day but Phil interrupted him and our favorite goldfish lost the thread. Also Phil reprimanding Dan for his language really got to me in an odd way js.

FINALLY they uploaded another platform game, have been waiting for this since their Donkey Kong series. When they play these kind of games, it is my actual favourite. I think it's because I enjoy these type of games the most, and I just love them and also the gameplay itself. I have only watched the video once so far but I am going to rewatch so many times because it was so good. I really hope they continue to do more games like this, their bants mixed with their serious love of completing something is such a good mix for a video.
As I was watching I noted a few things down - sorry if they've been said before:
