Mirrored images confuse my brain so I’m actually not sure if he’s sitting on the futon or one of the gaming chairs in that picture. This is the other one where it looks brown. Does it look brown? Has the futon just always been brown?

I think it's just whatever filter he's using. A few of the filters instagram has for stories cast a warmer, brown tone

The seat of the futon looks brown where the warm light is hitting it, but the back still reads as black to me. It’s definitely not as dark and cool a black as the leather chairs and Dan’s jumper, but even in those you can see areas that appear brown because of the light. Black is tricky sometimes it appears brown, blue, green even purple (think bird plumage but also dyed hair). I dunno I mean I did study color theory at university as part of my visual arts degree but I also see the dress wrong

I want to know what they cut out about Dumbledragon, Phil was starting to say something more when they first saw him. I’m also glad that Dan is still considering a black fox for his fursona, they are gorgeous.

I'm so fucking bored by it. Why has this become the new running joke like llamas and placentas? Dan saying "this was a mistake" to every time they shoehorn in whatever makes me want to throw my phone against the wall.

Actually have some originality and make some genuine commentary instead of relying on old jokes. They really need to play a game that requires them to be mentally stimulated rather than half-assed with their commentary.

Obviously gameplay was essentially nonexistent but the bants were so great. I found myself laughing quite a bit. Listen I don't mind spons, get that forever home boys, but there must be ONE game out there that they actually like playing and would get sponsored from. They truly do the most to make it seem like they actually enjoy the game.

All in all though: not the worst dragon city video

yeah same. its also a spon viddy so i dont really know how else they couldve gone more with the gameplay since its just repetitive so i didnt expect much from that, the boys gotta make some money somehow.

the bants did keep me entertained. things that stood out to me are: when dan mentioned that sports mascot and phil asking if hes into that, or everytime they mention phils facebook and the fortnite thing. dan was "seemingly" calm in a "im lowkey sweating" kind of way while phil just seems so flirty and zazzed. it was quite a thing to watch.

like, i dont really mind if dan IS a furry or not, let the man live his truth.

I...am so disappointed that this was a dragon city spon. I don't mind spons but please, anything but dragon city.

But regardless of the game, there were some really golden moments:
-"Now 2018 has been a big year for us, personally and professionally."
-"Not the one time, the glorious time that I won fortnite."
-"The friendship dragon!" *fond look* Dan: "That's the least appropriate one for us two."
-"Did you just pop a yee?"
-"I don't know why it looks mildly sexual." (We know why Phil)
-Phil explaining his dragon was great. I love his weirdness, but I was also definitely making the same faces as Dan

Also, every time Dan and Phil mention something to do with vaginas, I lose 5 years off my life span. The same applies to Loki the cactus. I don't remember when it was named or died, but it's been years and it needs to go. Oh, and all the furry and scaley stuff. Please guys, it's getting so fucking old

You summed up what I'm thinking exactly. I understand that it's a sponsored vid so the expectations are lower but still, this was very low effort. Maybe it's me but I can't appreciate the "bants" when they're so repetitive and lazy, and the flirty moments don't redeem this either.
