Also do you guys reckon it's of any significance that the only birthday tweets he replied to were from Dan and Thomas Sanders?

it is really nice to see d&p with phil’s family for his birthday but is it too much to ask for a family photo. the cake phil’s mom made is so cute i hope the flavor was red velvet! i have always disliked seeing people write about phil’s age as if 30 isn’t still young and that it is going to change anything so i hope now that it has happened this will stop. i think recently he has found a really good balance with acting his age. while taking into consideration his audience’s age and remaining appropriate on his channel, to me he is also revealing a more mature side lately. i wish phil a happy birthday and a great year ahead .

Does anyone know which other youtubers have tweeted him today (that aren't already mentioned here)? I checked earlier and none of the gleam crowd did...no big surprise, would have expected Louise though

These are the only two I've see that I don't think have already been mentioned on here.

Cat's I think came after Phil was active on twitter today so it may just be that he hasn't seen hers yet and will reply or like it when he does.
And I'm pretty sure Evan himself said Phil muted him on twitter (he did something to find out who had you hidden or something) so he probably isn't even going to see that one.

It does seem like a weird lack of other youtubers tweeting Phil. I wonder if it's because there was no hashtag charge led by Dan? Last year he had #HappyBirthdayPhil in his tweet, this year he didn't. Other youtubers who check trends and their own @ mentions more than their feed might not notice a tweet.

The US youtubers are awake

I don't know what it was exactly about Phil's latest video but it left such a good impression on me. Maybe something to do with the general vibe of the readings he got, how it heralded a year full of general bliss and new creative ventures which got me thinking, what if he's planning a collaborative effort with PJ? Maybe a new film or mini series with the both of them at the helm. They both have similiar ideas wired for the darkly weird and wonderful, or at least when comparing a lot of Phil's earlier videos with PJ's, namely his interactive space adventure and the basket. It'd be nice to see what they might be able to come up with together and also nice to see Phil take on new ideas for his channel.
I'm sure successfully completing a stage tour must be a nice source of motivational inspiration for him to see what else he could try next.

Interesting. I understood "our" to mean "everyone (in the D&P community,") while most people here interpreted "our" to mean "us (Dan and Phil.")

Someone earlier mentioned how young Dan looked when he had his wide-ass butt (and I mean wide-ass butt in the most complementary way possible) stuck in the NASA rocket ride. I have to disagree - he totally looks his age / 25. I needed some background noise while working, and ran across Dan's LS from Jan 18 2014. There he looks young, but also more or less appropriate for 22. He still had the skinny adolescent face and body thing going, which is noticeably different from today's chubby squishy cheeks and, ummm, "fuller" physique. Anyway, what somewhat surprised me was he seemed more excited / cheerful? than he does today? IDK... And definitely still in the *nohomo* phase judging by his reactions to Dressage and someone's brother's comment that he looked "hot (or something to that effect.")
