I believe they have lurked before, or at least stumbled upon IDB (most definitely GG, bc it's so well known), but don't think they lurk regularly or have ever posted. I hope they don't lurk tbh. It can't be good for self-esteem to be often reading what a very
in-depth group of people say about you on the internet.

Not an expert but Teoh was an old school youtuber who had some online interactions with Dan back in the day (2009/10) that made it seem like they were quite friendly for a time.
Then like with what happened with D&P and the majority of youtubers from back then the friendship seemed to fizzle and end.

And while it's hardly an article meant to be taken seriously I kind of feel like he was throwing some shade at both Dan and Phil there. Mostly Phil actually.

For the sake of their sanity, I kind of hope not, or at least not often. Not that I think the users here are unreasonable, I just wonder how healthy it would be to read such detailed analyses of your own behaviour and body language all the time.

Am I the only one not truly seeing the phil shade here?, i kinda saw that in the dan one with the whole:
Dan has risen to great heights playing the game
(playing the game? sound like he is saying playing his fans, or playing a part or people in general, idk sounds salty either way.)
and

But on the phil one, idk it just seemed he was saying that phil was too loyal and not appreciated more:

Also, yeah he is only following phil on twitter, it really surprises me how a lot of ex-phil friends kinda have a vendetta on dan but not for phil (im talking about the matt thing btw), i mean if my friend "left" me for another new friend i would be madder at my friend more than the other person. Thoughts=?

Just speculating here but to it makes more sense that the likes of Matty G and Teoh's don't have a "vendetta" with Dan because they are not close to Phil anymore but rather they are not close to Phil anymore
because they have a vendetta with Dan.
I don't think anyone's actually mad at Dan because they think he stole Phil from them (well maybe that was a factor with Charlie but I won't go there) I think they had other issues with him and falling out with Dan ultimately meant they couldn't remain close to Phil because of how close they are with each other.
It was a consequence of the vendetta but not the cause which is why they are not more mad at Phil.

When they do touch, what's always struck me is how completely comfortable they are with eachother...as in they never flinch...not even a little bit, even when reaching for each others faces! I know everyone treats personal space different, but if someone reaches for my face, be it family, bff, or partner—doesn't matter—I'm gonna flinch instinctively until I can figure out what they're trying to do. So even though deppy might generally not be the most touchy-freely on camera, I fully suspect they have no space issues and breaking eachother's personal bubble is all too common IRL.

Exactly what i was thinking, they are so comfortable with each other, im just amazed how much trust they have, specially dan, i know phil is an angel bun etc, but i would
NOT trust him with my face, he plays too rough
and not in the good kind of way, so for him to not even blink in most of these gifs, its amazing!

I'm so glad you guys like the compilation! It really is incredible how they hardly flinch at being poked at by the other one. Even when getting touched close to the eye! I flinch away so reflectively whenever anything comes near my eyes.

I take it this is the COOL thing. They haven't announced it yet and I am kinda wary since the roast thing got uploaded under Dans name so might be worth waiting for them to officially announce it before purchasing.

Yeah, it's definitely been professionally recorded, so definitely legit - can't wait for it to go to number 1 in the charts tbh
