I wonder if this is a delayed story (bc instagram often likes to upload things whenever they want) or if they went back/are near this area. Either way, I like it.

I think I am ultra late to the party but I had some thoughts regarding the coffee selfie from Moscow I think shows how far Phil has come with relaxing in regards to his hair/looks. Previously, it was all lego hair, no splinges allowed, "spend 30 minutes before every video fixing my hair". And now he's cool with having this photo online.

Also I am majorly impressed by his ability to hold the cup with four fingers and his sunglasses with just the index finger? Maybe it's easy when you have giant hands.

In other news, I think there should be a video today. They have the day off and it's been a week since the last one, which has roughly been their rhythm so far.

This is your daily request from Sparkle for a new dinof video. At this point I'd even be cool with a video of Dan discussing his pizza preferences in depth, does anyone know his stance on pineapple on pizza because this is something I actually feel strongly about.

I would assume we'd get a DAPG - but also I'm guessing that Dan needs a video to sponsor Rize with. I cant see him doing that in a non tour related video, UNLESS whatever the topic of his video is is something to do with Rize. I have no idea what the content of a Dan video could be though tbh. Some people are theorising sexuality, I was thinking maybe self expression? Or maybe something to do with therapy? Though him taking an MBTI personality test would be interesting. I think I'd be very amused though if he was a fellow INFP.

yeah i saw that too and it took me a while but wasn’t it a dnp tweet saying that one of the vids they had already filmed had lots of swearing? i tried to find it to put it here but i couldn’t find it, got frustrated and i have to write my dissertation anyway so if anyone knows, please i’m all ears/eyes

I think there's a chance D&P might upload something today, considering the Sims video was a week ago. With all the swearing, I'm guessing the gaming video could have to do with a rage game? Not expecting a video from Dan anytime soon though, as he recently said that "there will be something at some point" and that he's "juggling a lot of babies". I mean, it usually takes him a couple of days to write, film and edit his videos and right now they're doing a lot of traveling between countries, sightseeing and performing so that leaves little time for other stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if he uploaded it towards the end of the month during their break but on the other hand, he might want to upload it before their first Rize live show so he'll be able to discuss it for a bit... I guess we'll see. I also wonder whether he would want to get the trailer out of the way first or not.

I know previously I said that the next dinof would not be tour spon/ ii trailer but I think it could be now. The week before they head to america is the perfect time to not only put up a trailer but do a 'highlights from Europe leg of tour' which dan did say he wanted to make when he replied to someone on twitter. I obviously don't think this is what the 'June video' was originally meant to be but I can see it turning into that. (Btw my guess for that video was a therapy video, which I'm still hoping we will get some day)

Those creep shots from the airport are funny but I hate when people take them. Just let deppy be.

There's also a creepshot of them sitting waiting on their flight, with a seat inbetween them. I wonder if bag/seat between them is on purpose because they knew that there were people around taking pictures of them? The mom that took the coffee shop pics also asked them for photos with her, which is objectively hilarious, like wtg mom having your kid's back with the celeb run in. But also, slightly awkward.

If they've played the Bombs game again and thats why they're swearing I think I'd ascend. Its one of the funniest things they've ever done. BUT I REALLY WANT A SOLO DAN VIDEO. Sigh. When will his channel return from war.

I do also agree with you on the MBTI test, they're pretty dull and I'm not entirely sure how I've gone from consistently coming out ENFP to changing to consistently INFP in the last two years but apparently I have?

I think it's official that they're in Warsaw now, which is where I live, and it's such a weird feeling. I'm in a group chat with some people going to the show tomorrow and they're all split up into small groups and they are searching the city for them, waiting at the hotel etc.

In a way I get it, I wish I could see them in a more casual setting too. But it's also stalking and that's why I won't do it. Am I doing the right thing? I know I am, but it feels like I'll be missing out if these girls run into them, which is very likely considering the system they've got going.

You're right, I edited my post. I don't want to be too severe on them because let's face it, it's clear that fans all over the world do it. It's just the first time that I'm seeing it first hand like this.
I commented on this type of behavior in the past and I don't like it at all, that's why I'm sitting home today.

I don't think they care about my opinion tbh, I'm only in the chat to see what they're up to by now.

You are doing the right thing. As tempting as this could be, just tell yourself that if dnp knew what these people are doing, they wouldn't be pleased. On the contrary they would be so pleased and thankful for what you're (not) doing right now!

how do people feel comfortable taking creepshots of them... i don't even look people in the eyes, let alone open my camera in public.
they're sorta interesting to look at though, it sometimes makes me realize that they exist, seeing them not interact with anyone.

You are definitely doing the right thing by staying out of it. They're doing two shows tomorrow on dan's birthday so it seems a bit ridiculous to me that people would actively stalk them just to say they met them and get a picture. I understand that it's very rare that dnp are there and it could be a once in a lifetime thing to meet them but they are people too who deserve the same respect as anyone else.

Thanks everyone I'm glad I stayed in, honestly, and observing this situation really creeps me out. They've been at it for like five hours and they're changing locations etc. all the time.

Again, I suppose this happens in every city, but I feel so bad for the boys and can't help but feel ashamed that this is what happens when they arrive somewhere.

This is absolutely something my mom would do. "Look, honey, I ran into Dave and Bill!" and then text me progressively creepier creep-shots while I had an internal crisis.

The two photos of Dan dropping something and everyone turning to stare (it must have been quite loud) seem like the kind of story he likes to tell about how awkward he is, so maybe he'll enjoy telling us about that later, including how someone's mom caught this moment on camera for all the internet to laugh at. (If he wanted to go there, it's also an amusing story he could embed a genuine request to please not take creep-shots of him in.)

I notice that quite a few of the creepier creep-shots are taken by parents or aunts. I wonder if the culture around celebrity stalking has improved a bit between generations?

Controversial, but I don't think it's particularly problematic to go sight-seeing in hopes of running into dnp, especially if you actually enjoy the sights and you ask permission for photos if you do run into them. Hanging around hotels--yes, that's objectively stalking. But sightseeing with hopes, I'm not sure? I'm willing to be convinced though. And the last RPF fandom I was in, stalkers literally set up tents, camped outside the home of two of the celebrities, and shouted at them whenever they came outside, so my bar for what constitutes problematic might be unusually high just by knowing that's a thing that exists.

On dinof--I've said before how much I would love a therapy video. I've literally been traumatized by one of the therapists I saw as a teenager, which I find ironic and morbidly funny. A lot of people have had strange experiences with therapy, including Dan apparently. I think the difficulty here is telling those type of stories without discouraging anyone from seeking out therapy, which is something Dan definitely doesn't want to do. If he did this type of video it would have to be nuanced and very careful, and I'm not convinced he'd want to commit to that.

I get what you mean, but in this situation they're not sightseeing, they live here and they know the places. They split up to be more efficient and find them, some are camping hotels, some are camping tourist spots. idk, to me that's not sightseeing anymore. :/
Again I'm not judging them, I'm just glad I took no part in it in the end.

Agreed. I can understand the impulse to take them. People take creepshots of celebrities all the time but I would definitely hesitate to post them, especially to fandom at large. I really think the whole trend of 'pics or it didn't happen' really added to this behaviour. I actually think the trend of parents taking them comes down to them seeing them as celebrities rather than people which actual fans do.
