my favs from gamingmas was the silly ones like charades, chopsticks, yasuhati, golf, millionaire. those tend to have good bants! i also wanna see them play more old-school fighting games from my childhood like mortal kombat, streetfighter, etc..

i pretty much enjoyed most of the games so far from 2018, esp wikihow! adorable!!!!

a lil recommendation:
i want to see them play that Freddie Kruger escape house game if anyone even remembers that? it's spooky!!! basically any other horror escape house games.

Gamingmas 2017 was truly a blessing!!!! Why did I take it for granted!! I miss the simpler times
But seriously these are all my top videos as well, with the fake job vr as an honorable mention.

For Gamingmas 2017, it's sort of like... the ones I liked I really liked, but the number of videos I liked was a lot less than 2016. Plus there were more duds for me than 2016 had - not like, ones that didn't hold up to a Gamingmas standard, I mean ones I basically got no enjoyment out of. So even though the "intensity" of how much I enjoyed certain videos was more than 2016, I think I still prefer 2016 overall.

Anyway, the videos that made it onto my rewatch playlist are Not My Arms Challenge, Geometry Dash, Skyrim, both of the charades videos, Rainbow Islands, Job Simulator, and Golf with Friends. I'd say the charades videos and Mario Kart are my top favorites. They're just silly and unique and plain funny. I also strangely liked Geometry Dash a lot, I guess the bants were particularly good.

I miss Gamingmas so much, feeling truly melancholic just thinking about it.
My favourites were the charades videos + Yasuhati was (weirdly) the only thing last year that made me feel a bit festive.
Also quite enjoyed Hello Neighbour, Job Simulator and Skyrim (and Undertale for nostalgic reasons)


I just rewatched Friday 13th (one of my all time favs) and got a bit sad that there will be no more gaming ls. Please give me a new video to cheer me up, boys!

I wish they'd find some other excuse to upload daily. Yes, it's not Christmas anymore, but I'm sure there's something appropriate and ideal for February.

Ngl but this 100% total silence is getting to me a little. Ik it's only been like 5 days without a gaming video and 4 without seeing at least one of them but they aren't interacting at all. Come on boys if it goes on any longer you're going to have to change the name of the tour. And yes this is prompted by people on twitter melting down over it. Probably should get off twitter

Well, I certainly just got way more invested in the Sims series. Devan is rising!! (the name for this emoji brah is very appropriate) and yay for Deppy thoughts on all things teen angst. The fanfics are really writing themselves now (cheeky wink to the boys and a nod well done)!

That was a fun video, though I think most Sims vid are. The bants were entertaining.

Imo the video was a bit.. boring. Nothing much happened, it was just a lot of redecorating (of both house and people) and the whole thing seemed a bit loveless, I don't think either of them really enjoyed it. Nuki has already been forgotten, Capita£ester was at it again. Also that subtle, super unexpected Dab & Evan foreshadowing.. I did however love the little Dan & Phil teenage anecdotes and I very much appreciated the Emo Kid reference.
But honestly, at this point I was so starved for content that I was still pleased with the video. Plus I was just really happy to see the boys.

Also I was slightly distracted by that beautiful curly mess that is Dan's hair (and his horribly chapped lips. Seriously,
they are both millionaires and this is how their lips look??)

Dab kissed the hand! This suggests that Dan and Phil would be pretty willing to make Dab/Evan a canon pairing. In any case, it would be interesting to see.

Yup, I enjoyed the latest Sims update, I can't lie about that.

I don't want to project too much, but on the topic of chapped lips I know that when I'm on antidepressants I get dry mouth like nobody's business to the point of artificial saliva and tubes of chapstick. Idk I know everyone is affected differently though - just a thought.

Someday I will get bored with watching them redecorate their pixel home and (badly) direct the lives of their Sims, but today is not that day. They really do have too many Sims for them to keep track of (they had enough trouble with just Dil and Tab tbh) but nobody is died yet so I suppose it's fine.

Well that was something (though, I feel like I’m forgetting everything already). Dan definitely got a haircut. I’m glad neither of them went super short. Still nice and fluffy, just not as much of a swooshes floof. It looks like he chews on his lips to me. I also liked his pj bottoms (which just reminded me of Dan suggesting Phil go off with PJ to have their weird cloud lamps) slash lounge pants at th end. (I think they are Game of Thrones? I saw a lion, wolves and stag, all stylized and heraldic.) I’m wondering how that Phil biting Dalien’s skin private conversation went down, obviously they left it in. I like that they took their Sims leads on everything from clothing (thank you for at least acknowledging the yellow and black buffalo plaid shirt) to desires to kiss hands. Cool. I like the wallpaper of Dab’s bedroom, though they didn’t give much attention to Dalien’s room. Poetic, angsty, teen furry art. I’m here for it.

I had a little chuckle at Dan questioning why Dab would have Eliza's top. The video seemed pretty uneventful otherwise.

I don’t know why but something about that just made me unnecessarily happy. I had a hunch it would go in that direction for a while now and I guess I’m feeling validated, lol.

I was also feeling pretty meh about the series in general, but the whole Devan thing has me reinvested. Throw some angsty teenage love story into the mix and I’m there.

Logging on basically the first time this year to express my confusion at the fact that Dan and Phil don't seem to know what pastel is. Neither of their 'pastel' outfits were pastel they were just... pink and blue and it really bothered me.

Anyway hi I hope everyone has had a good January I realised I don't have the mental capacity to be invested in more than one fandom at a time but I'm back here now I've missed you all

EDIT: I'm watching while posting and I just want to say that they definitely cut out a dirty joke after Phil said the sofa would be damp (from Tabitha sitting on it in her swimming costume)

Agreed, has the same effect on me (generally dries you out like the Sahara), but didn't Dan stop taking antidepressants? Also Phil has almost equally horrific lips, so I don't think that's the (sole) cause.

Agreed from my experience as well, but also weren’t Dan’s lips this chapped around the beginning of 2017-March too?

Lol I know a lot of people don't like Dan taking the piss at his audience but I absolutely live for this passive agressiveness. Wherever they take this story I think they will maybe try to make Devan happen, they give the people what they want sometimes, but will try to not make it obvious.

They won't do it but I wish they added another floor to the house it would look so much better imo.
