That was such a lovely gaming video. Them doing a chill but still exciting co-op game is my jam, and I don't know what I expected Cuphead to be but I really do like the animation style and vibe of it. I think I also just really appreciated what felt like a bit of a return to normalcy? The last week in phandom has felt very emotional and the livestream gaming was good but still not quite like... back in the pattern of normal things. I didn't realize how much I missed Dan and Phil sitting down and playing a game together in a nice polished edited way quite so much.

loved this surprise gaming video ! their energy seemed up and they seemed to be really into the game (probs b/c it was so stress inducing). I was squealing and nearly shouting at my screen just watching them play - actually playing that game would be so frustrating i have for dnp for playing haha

I loved how Phil at the beginning was all "take care of me!!" everytime Dan let him stay dead lol also interesting tidbit of info about how Dan apparently never notices when Phil wanders away from him/gets lost

edit: also - Phil said something else about blowing butts (??) to which Dan replied "that's the worse thing you've said all day and that's saying something for you" i love the version of Phil that can't stop making innuendos. anyone have the exact quote from Philly? (reminds me that i also loved when Dan said Philly )

Oh I really really liked that! The gameplay is really fun, the graphic is incredible and they seemed to really love it and were relaxed and banttful galore and SO.MANY.INNUENDOS.

They both look lovely too, I love when Dan wears white and Phil black

I can already tell part of the phandom will use phil's "I want this art in MY house" as the next phandivorce 2k17, I'm calling it now

I also loved the little bit of domestic info about Dan always leaving Phil behind in train stations lmao maybe he expects him to blindly follow him like Dan does with Phil?

I really hope to see them play more of this! Never as a live stream though, the game is really confusing enough to follow with all the things on the screen without them thing to focus on the chat lol

Aww, that was a pleasant surprise! Not really knowing too much about the game other than I've heard it's difficult and hand drawn... it seems to draw a lot of inspiration from vintage Disney. As a humongous Disney geek, I'm here for it. I loved this video!

I really enjoyed the married couple argument about Dan leaving Phil to fend for himself at train stations. It sounded very much like my mum telling off my dad for walking too fast.

"I assume that you're behind me" is also just basically their relationship compiled into one sentence.

Hello friends~ I'm back from my mental health break, Dan's video actually left me in such a bad state last week that I just started getting anxiety tremors while doing nothing. Did not expect a reaction to that video at all (which only made it worse lol) and it never happened before so let's never talk about that ever again.

I'm bored because of the lack of upload on the gaming channel, at this rate Dream Daddy series will be finished by 2019 unless they binge it in one go at some point like they did with Undertale. We should never ask for more gaming series again, they can't do it :') The livestream was lots of fun though, even though I didn't watch it live this time.

Not much else happened..

I think Tom was trolling. Honestly if I regularly got the phandom flocking to my videos to catch a glimpse of D&P I'd do the same. As long as as it isn't malicious and there's no dissing of either Depz or the fans it's alright.

I just realized that we're getting Hazel and Louise in one week. Fun!

I'm sorry you've had a bad week, I hope you're feeling a little better now. I also felt extremely affected by Dan's video in a conflicted sort of way - both more hopeful about my own state, and more down in the dirt, because he described some of my feelings so well. Sending hugs your way

I really enjoyed Cuphead as well. It made me smile and they were so sweet with each other in this one. I dunno, it just felt fun and gentle despite the actually stressful game play. I found the game surprisingly interesting (not a gamer, I just watch the guys in their little window, usually.) The whole "leave Phil behind on the battlefield" exchange had me chuckling, and picturing some harrowing au fics as well.

I loved the video. It was great how they talked so much about the game and what they were doing, that was interesting. Also the cute moments, train station bit was funny, so is the thought of them as soldiers on a battlefield. I’ve always thought they’d be terrible in that situation, but that’s probably unfair.

Omg I'm dying at t that pic, they look so unamused and over it. Best leaked photo ever. I'm surprised it managed to stay hidden so much honestly.

Also that post from YoungMinds I've been having such awful mental health lately waiting for my appointment and it warmed my heart to see those tweets. I'm very proud of Dan and the organization for the work they're doing - and I'm so glad that Dan is not shying away from the subject even now that the video has been posted for almost a week.
