Lol! Good eye! I didn't notice that, but I posted a couple days ago that if the shelves above his piano were empty during a ls his ass was already covered because he complained early on about not feeling the DVD box sets were aesthetically pleasing and he might switch them out. You're right it doesn't have to mean anything, but it's hilarious.

[offtopic]Right now I would kill to be staying in AmazingPhil's room. We are visiting my husband's best friend in a small house they are renovating and this bedroom we are in is probably half the size of Phil's, with no A/C (though we have a fan that takes up the tiny floor space) no shades on the small but street facing window, street lights were shining straight down on my face. So we're sleeping head to toe in a double bed, pressed up against a cinder block wall for cooling, with no covers because of heat and logistics, but that increases my risk on nightmares and I'm going insane. Sore and so tired. Something's gotta give. Three more nights.[/offtopic]

That leads me to think bathroom and not slounge (even though I think that blue light looks more tv than outdoorsy). Especially bc right before that you see a door behind Dan and the mirror, which I think would go out to a main area. And there's that other door on the round wall, which I think could be a closet. That would be a good use of the inside of the round wall, yeah?

So Dans room is a square with like a circle cut out of it and a doorway at either end of the circle? which lead to two separate places.

It's the Master Suite, IMO. So one door leads to the bathroom and the other door leads out of the room into the hall or upstairs lounge or whatever. Dan's piano area, I believe? Don't quote me on that one. That's the top floor.

then they have a middle floor which is the nicer looking living room and the kitchen (dining room?). This is where you'd enter the house. Probably a second bathroom as well-- this is a guess based on how apartments are usually set up.

The lowest floor is where the gaming channel is. It's not in a separate bedroom, as we know from the soundproofing pic, but a common area. Since it has the same flooring as the AmazingPhil room then my best guess is that room is the door off to the right hand side we see in the soundproofing pic.

These are my thoughts on the matter of the apartment layout from everything I've seen at this point.

Good call. I wasn't sure on that one at all, but it makes more sense. I also think it's the bathroom in the moon room where some people are seeing a tv, I think, because the flooring changes and you can't or shouldn't have hardwood in bathroom because of moisture.

Awesome drawing! I would add that there are two probably windows in the bottom right hand corner. Also there should be large closet doors on the left wall as seen reflected in the Wimbledon mirror selfie. Also does anyone know which side the floating white bedside table is on? Is it right next to the silver chair? Or the gilded mirror?

Yeah, I'm not sold on three living levels though maybe an extra storage level. Piano nook is definitely off of upstairs living room, no doubt. I think the curved white wall Phil does his ls in front of is open to that space too, hence the typing we hear (though I supposed they could be down a level and Dan is typing in his DINOF glass closet, but probably not). I imagine Phil faces the kitchen in his ls, but I guess it could be downstairs. I had previously assumed the master was on this upper level only because of the flooring, but if Dan says it's downstairs, sure. Different rooms on the same level can have different flooring. The gaming room is definitely on the other side of the wall with the old sofa in the downstairs "slounge" as indicated by Phil's tapping in their first liveshow. Dan's glass closet is on the wall with the Muse poster. Phil's room and the master seem to also be on the level. Not sure on the kitchen or the entersnce we see in the Tinder sketch. That's my best bet. Gotta dash!

The wall opposite the fancy mirror has white doors and is probably wardrobes or some other storage - you can see it in Dan's pre-Wimbledon selfie.

Definitely agree that it's a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (where the blue light was). There's no way a bedroom in an apartment like that wouldn't have an en-suite!

I also reckon there are two full height window blinds in the corner behind the moon chair at right angles to each other...those beige patterned fabric panels!

If phil's room happens to be near the gaming room (which isn't proven by the tiles, but oh boy, do i hate those tiles so i hope it is. i hope those things are contained to one sad area). It feels like a dark, utilitarian space that doesn't really match the rest of the house and the common suggestion that Phil's room might be a storage closet of some kind fits this as well.

I don't have the best spacial awareness nor a complete memory of everything, so these are just some thoughts feel free to pick apart so we can actually figure out what this dang place looks like lol. "Give up" felt like such a challenge from Dan

Wow, it's all being pieced together pretty well. It doesn't seem that long ago that they moved, refused (rightly) to do a tour and here we are with them having shown us enough corners etc for everyone working together to almost work it out. Unless there are yet more rooms we haven't seen at all, but at this point that would be very secretive of them (possible if it weren't for Mr I'm-not-going-to-show-my-bedroom Howell sneaking in a bedroom liveshow) or just even bigger and how many rooms do they need?

YouNow wall messages coming after having tipped somehow, good point. I have used my free spins for them, but I won't spend money on YouNow for them, maybe if it's someone with a way smaller audience.

I watched Dan's show again while going through my arm-stretching book cos doing all of them takes ages so I finally remember the cute bit I forgot. When he's talking about jobs someone says "don't let children sells axes to you" and he just said something like "true", but it was cute especially how he said it.

I'm intrigued that nobody has found floor plans yet. Its a very distinctive layout and the phandom can find anything. But not the floor plans. (disclaimer i don't want them found but you know what i mean) While I was in London I discovered that my godmother has a habit of seeing how much buildings are to rent, especially fancy ones, and she found floor plans for every building she was curious about while we were wandering around.

I think they're being selective - by not showing how anything connects we are kept guessing. A curved room is distinctive, a staircase in a lounge is distinctive, the windows are distinctive. They're the sort of things that make you see a floor plan and it clicks and suddenly you know their address. And all it takes is one person to post a link.

By not showing us how anything connects, and by alternating between duplex and floors (I'm thinking 7th floor apartment with mezzanine levels that takes up 2-3 floors) they're asserting their control. Contrast this to their old flat and this whole thing is very interesting. They've shown us a fair bit, but not actually shown us anything.

And Dan, that fucking genius, has made it more about speculation of him and Phil sharing a room than trying to find where he lives. Plus we are more preoccupied by how it fits together than finding the location. Genius. They've learned and I'm very proud of them.

(this is all gonna be such a waste when they inevitably move out next month but ) Did they say it was a duplex? I think I have some memory of that but not sure on a source. I would love a compilation of lift tweets etc. to see how much they allude to being a lift to their apartment. It could be a lift anywhere tbh and they could be straight up lying about it, in order to further conceal their location (which is fine). Could it be a townhouse type thing where they just have neighbors to the sides (which would give them multiple adjacent neighbors) and not above or below? And then it's two normal floors and a basement? Anyone know of anything that disagrees with that? Maybe just the lift stuff? and usually people keep shoe racks near or next the entrance of their homes, so.... it is likely that downstairs is where the entrance is.

Same, except without the trip to pack for. But I'm having a pretty terrible summer and I love interior designs/apartments so trying to figure things out is like a great time for me, even if it does feel incredibly creepy and like I'm crossing a gazillion boundaries.

I was wondering if anyone has some kind of compilation of photos/screenshots/tweets of the new house? I have a couple of tabs open right now and I feel like I can, at the very least, put a couple of bits and pieces together although it'll probably be largely the same as what others have already posted.

Also I'm definitely not buying the "we're 7 stories up!" thing, considering 1) if the reflection in the selfies from Dan's recent ls is from a window, there are trees in there, and 2) there's a picture on Dan's twitter from election-time where he's watching politics and that's a lot of green outside for someone who's supposedly all the way up in a flat. (though I don't want to stare at that picture for too long because that pizza looks delicious and I just came home from sports.)

I know trees can, you know, get pretty big, but 7 stories? In London? IDK man To be fair, I'm from a very small town so I tend to not notice plants and trees in cities because they're so normal to me, so I actually have no idea what it's like in London despite having been there like 5 times now.

(Also does anyone know if we're still getting baking videos at halloween/christmas? because I, for one, am INCREDIBLY curious about their new kitchen. This is also the most domestic thing I've ever said, probably, but still. Fancy house kitchens often look amazing. Do they have a kitchen island? What's the colour scheme? Do they have large windows in the kitchen as well? So. many. questions.)
