I don't think I've ever got warm toast from a hotel. I've never thought of using a hair dryer to warm it up though. I... question its effectiveness.

Phil blowdrying his toast to warm it up... next thing you know he's gonna be one of those people who cooks eggs and bacon in aluminum foil with the hotel iron and oatmeal in the coffee pot.

Does anyone recognize what that spotlight R logo on the back drop for the m&g is?

I think these instagram stories update are making me love Phil even more? He's so funny and I know he is BUT damn that boy as a dry humour sometimes and who would think of warming up their toast with a hair drier lmao

I'm loving all the m&g pics, they look good relaxed and really eager to be on stage. I can't wait for spoilers damn

god smiled upon me and had some resale available at the box office so i will be going to both shows today! i’m excited to compare and contrast and see exactly what “giving the people what they want” means. happy first day of tour!

Three things:
1. Phil's instastory was the first thing I saw when i woke up this morning and it made me laugh so hard, today's gonna be a good day!
2. I saw a picture of Marianne on tumblr and I continue to be very much in love with her, and
3. allsaintshowell that's so exciting omg, have fun!!

I'm excited for the first show. Hope the lads and everyone there are having a good time.

In the mean time, I see a looooot of youngsters on twitter trowing all sorts of vitrol at Marianne right now. Apparently there's some miscommunication about fliming at the M&G and fandom is blaming her for it. Phil is doing damage control it seems.

Phil’s quiff is reaching new heights today and Dan is just a fluff boy. Interesting town hall looking set up for the meet & greet. Dan looks zazzed, Phil looks more subdued (not sure if he’s relaxed or nervous) but I relate to his closed mouth smiles. (I’ve always been told to smile more by whoever is taking the photograph, but that’s just how I smile.) Not that I even have M&G but I’m rethinking those holding hands poses, on one hand they look a bit silly and forces, on the other... wait there is no other because you get to hold both of their hands. Why am I awake? I hope anyone who’s going today has a wonderful time. I look forward to your reports. Ugh to the above.

oh dear, the dan-is-obviously-uncomfortable-being-physically-affectionate-with-total-strangers photos have begun. (no shade whatsoever to that fan, she's not doing anything inappropriate - just following the normalised m&g culture culture that deppy themselves have not done anything to dissuade) (though you could say dan's body language over the years gives enough clues, but that's another can of worms)

Phil doesn't look that comfortable either, his entire body his angled away from the girl. I mean I get the cute pic idea but I'd rather have one with both of them looking relaxed and in their element.

Anyone know what that "R" logo represents on their M&G background?

Immediate first impressions from all the photos I've seen so far is that Phil looks unamused in like 90% of them, while Dan manages a realistic smile right about 50% of the time. I recognize that they're human and won't hold it against them, especially because they've got roughly 8,391 M&Gs to go, but I wonder if that's the new norm or if the first show has made them extra tired? Or maybe they're sorting through new facial expressions that won't give them cheek-muscle fatigue.

Also there seems to have been brief drama about filming the M&G? Phil's response was very srsbsns, which fascinated me:

just popping by to say I am so excited by the beginning of the tour and everything that comes with it! deppy looking so happy and open and excited, the insta stories, following them around the world, the meet & greets, all their recent videos making them look more married each time, the quiff, their genea confidence and attitudes... bless 2018
also i don't wanna push people to get in trouble but i do hope we'll get some audio recordings or even that people will film some bits because i'm selfish and a bit sad to miss out on seeing it all! anyway i'm really curious to hear the first spoilers and what ii really is about and will we actually get dan howell and phil lester and will they give us what we want will it be cringy etc etc!!

It doesn't look familiar to me at all. It's odd that they wouldn't include the company name with it, given no one seems to know what it's for. Not very brand aware.

I’m absolutely fine with the contradiction of Dan saying he didn’t believe in souls, he still went on to define his and Phil’s relationship in that ls. Super best friends (if that is what was said) is a good term. I can’t imagine a single show where the majority of people didn’t choose the sacrifice Dan. Re the toilet, some things never change.
