Nice to meet you/be reintroduced to you! I'm having fun reading about everyone. I wish there were a thanks button on this website because there are too many interesting things to reply to here but I wanna show support!

A couple of facts about me that I would never tell anyone at a meet and greet/some normal facts
1) I never play videos games. I feel left out on the internet because of this
2) I obsessively read fanfiction about one of my favourite gay couples from one of my favourite book series. I have hundreds of fanfictions saved and many of them are smut. (Fingers crossed they actually canonically get together in the last book and this obsesion will stop)
3) I have no eyelashes in the corner of my eyes and patches in the middle because I used to have trichotillomania and they never grew back from all the damage I caused.
4) I do aerial dance that involves hanging from silks, trapeze and lyras and I recently started pole dancing


A couple of odd D&P facts about me
1) I used to be that kind of fan that had a picture of Dan as my phone background (actually he was my background for everything) which in itself is not a terrible thing but it characterises a time period in my life where I was a dan loving tumblr fangirl. I am not like that any more
2) I've never seen the valentines day video and I do not plan on ever seeing it. I think it will be too awkward
3) I've never read a full dan and phil fanfiction. It goes against my 'don't read fanfiction about real people' rule.
4) I still haven't read/brought the amazing book is not on fire. I've listened to most of the audiobook though.

Random weird facts!

-I'm in my early 30s.
-I was internet famous in the early-to-mid 00's.
-I once used internet stalking to track down and date someone I saw as a background actor in a music video.
-I've been on tour with a lot of bands (working).
-I've had more than a couple songs written about me.
-I share a couple of similarities with Dan, such as a matching dimple, and the ability to twist my wrist all the way around.
-I can also twist my tongue into a W, bend my foot behind me, then from the side into my ribcage, can bend all my fingers 90 degrees back, bend my thumb all the way back to the top of my hand, and the other way touching my inner wrist.
-I can also make air come out of my left tear duct. If I do it under water, bubbles come out.
-I consulted on a book, and was also interviewed by 3 magazines on the topic of cults.
-I have a band logo tattoo

- lately I've developed the worst sleep schedule where I literally go to sleep when the sun's coming up (like a literal vampire)
- I've never had a boyfriend but I cba to even date rn (probs because I've watched too much Disney/read too much sentimental chick lit and have incredibly high expectations lol)
- recently my life dream's pretty much changed to becoming a youtuber and getting in on all that youtube goss (lol imagine)

I'd rather keep a level of anonymity, but I'll say that I was a popular alt model for a while, then years later got a bit of a following in the Myspace/Warped Tour scene due to my proximity to some people of note. There were some sponsorships, some autographs signed, some event hostings, but I was still moderately low-ranked on the scale of "cool on the internet". It was a weird time in my life. Fun, but weird.

This is such a good idea and having come in 8 pages deep *phrasing* there were loads of things I wanted to comment on.

I'm going to turn 30 this year too and have just started to accept my bisexuality (lots of repression...thanks parents!)

I also married my high school sweetheart who thinks my youtube obsession is weird hence the lurking to find people who share my interests.

Lastly, Joining in on the socially awkward af and have a hard time maintaining friendships! Posting here was outside of my comfort zone but the environment is definitely alluring and inviting. I loved learning more about everyone and hope to continue more conversations!

- when i was about 6/7 my sister hurriedly hid a VHS of hentai (is that what it is? the cartoon anime porn?) in a video case of my favourite disney film and i wasnt a great reader/wasnt particularly observational at the time so once i put it in the video player...yikes is all I can say
-my first exporse to erotic fanfiction was completely innocent and happened to be peter pan related. i was sifting through the internet trying to find a cute picture of jeremy sumpter (this was when the real life film had just come out), and I was about ten at the time. somehow i managed to find myself on a website where "Peter plunged Wendy's dark, deep hole and crowed about it to all the lost boys." Being only ten at the time i was very confused, and felt very nervous for Wendy
-I have social anxiety (being treated by a psychologist atm) and ironically, because of my social anxiety i have only had the courage to tell one friend and my mother that - (not even my partner knows, he just thinks im super super shy)

Yes, oh my God. I never thought of the day I will find someone like me. I used to want to be a pizza dilevry girl because that's a little bit of fun but I can't ride a bike, dammit.

I am scared of water, I am even scared of shallow pool, makes it impossible for me to learn to swim because you need to be in water to do that. In a camping activity, I once was forced (lol) to do that water bravery shit or whatever. I was 17 and I cried so much thinking I'm going to die even with the safety jacket.

But I also enjoy kayaking, but I will never enter a race competition because I'm scared if I go to fast I will fell (fall? Grammar) Lol.

Also, I am 158cm tall despite my passport says I am 160cm. (what is all this foot and inch you guys are talking about. I can't)

Oh, I still struggle with this! Hoping mine continue to keep growing back.

I wish you all the best with your recovery, it's a difficult disorder! I'm extremely lucky that I had it as a child and simply just grew out of it. I still pulled occasionally during my teenage years and when I was 15 I did a lot of damage which is why I'm a bit patchy. I only tend to pull now when I'm extremely stressed and I've got better coping mechanisms now so it's not really a problem any more. But don't fret! Apparently eyelashes grow back quite well after damage. I've noticed a lot of improvement after a couple of years of not pulling so I'm hoping in a couple of years it will be mostly back to normal.

I'm really annoyed at my younger self for thinking pulling was a good idea though. I have such long eyelashes and if I didn't have the patches they would look amazing.

Thank you for the support and good work on your recovery! I definitely don't pull as much now as I did when I was younger but I didn't outgrow it either. I've kind of accepted though that I won't ever completely stop. I just manage it enough so it's not too noticeable and can hide the gaps with eyeliner.
I know that lashes grow in cycles- personally, I just don't think they do it fast enough.

- was recently inspired by Dan to get a fringe. It looks pretty good i think
- also dropped out of uni last month. That was NOT inspired by Dan, i swear. It would be stupid on my part, guy had other things going on and "followed his dreams" which is not my case
- my first obsession must have been J-rock at the tender age of 15 (didn't have the internet prior to this age, that definitely was a good thing for me in retrospect). It probs have something to do with my fascination with men in dresses and make up. I suspect that originated from watching Some like it hot every other week when i was a child. Imagine how happy i was to discover RPDR this summer
Aaand some more fun stuff!
- 21 y. o. Never been in romantic relationships. Still dont have my sexuality properly figured out. The fact that there is not any queer community where i live does not help in this situation

- I'm Eurovision trash. Fucking love Eurovision, it's one of the few good things in this world. If you're sad, turn on some Ruslana - Wild Dances and you'll be a-ok.
- I literally don't know how to clean my apartment. I use baby wipes for everything. Dirty sink? Baby wipes. Dirty windows? Baby wipes. It's a hot tip.
- The peak of my internet life: I was Tumblr famous a few years ago in a different fandom but I got tired of the mentality after a while. Also, it took over my life so I gtfo'd. Good times, though. Got noticed by senpai so it was worth it in the end.
- One of my friends once admitted to using a whisk as a sex toy with his girlfriend, and I had to show him the nasty whisk video just to fuck him up. It backfired when he said, yeah, that's basically how it was. jfc.

Two years ago, I fell for Dan's relatable bullshit and I haven't been able to leave ever since. I can't really get my head around Phil as a person, so I kind of stay on the Dan-side of things. At the end of the day, I think I prefer them both as a duo rather than individual YT'ers, so it's all good.
