Phil initially said the video was coming out when the trees were crispy on twitter but in a members post last week he said Autumn/Winter so I don’t think anything’s really changed with the timing, we’re just going to have to wait a while.

I am extremely curious about this video though because he said he had a big crew and a 6 am call time? What would he need to be up for that early?

I've just had a whole education on what bara is thanks to Dan's latest instagram story.

I'm so easy to please, the mispronounced numbers had me cackling everytime. The video was just kind of peak Phil humour, I loved it.

Actually that’s a lie I can barely move my forehead let alone my eyebrows but you get my meaning! He did look hot… up until the point we saw whatever the hell those green pants/shorts were, so you can’t exactly blame him.

I wonder if Phil's self confidence has been lacking a bit lately in other areas besides his appearance and that's why Dan decided to promo this particular video. I'm probably reading it too much into it but it just seems like kinda a random one to promote. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would as those types of vids aren't my favorite from other creators, but Phil always puts his unique spin on things I should have known better than to doubt him.

I’ve had the same feeling about Phil and I don’t know if it’s because he’s been more absent in general but we haven’t really had many fun tweets or even insta stories from him lately so I don’t know if anything was off per se but definitely picking up a vibe that he wasn’t 100%

Yeah I kind of got the vibe that Phil had been feeling some type of way about how he looks since the stereo shows, not in a seriously affected way but maybe just a bit ‘off’, the fact he didn’t want to talk about that person calling him a boomer Karen (since lets be honest that does imply you are a bit old), made me think that. I’m the same age and it does catch up to you past 32/33 that oh damn, I do kinda be looking a bit older these days.

Which is fine, it’s just a bit of a surprise as you still mentally feel 22! For sure in lockdown when I couldn’t get any botox or facials I looked in the mirror and felt a bit down. So if that is the case and that is why Dan was being the hype man then that is adorable and I love. Actually for any reason that is pretty cute and fairly out of character for captain doom and gloom so I am here for it.

Since I mentioned the cereal tier list (with others of course) ages ago, and in case you are either reading this or seriously psychic- Phil I was joking about the exhaust pipe video, that was a full joke i do not want that. Pls continue to parade in your half suit for videos about things that are not exhaust pipes

...And I've only started watching said video but I had to pause in order to come here and join in with the 'Well Damn's. Because well... Damn. Man looks good enough to eat! I'd take him over cereal any day.

phil always looks beautiful, I hope he's not taking the rude comments to heart, I know it's a lot easier to focus on the negative comments that hit at something you're already insecure about than the majority of positive comments you get.

He looks great, but still I just realized that for me there's something quite unattractive about a man in suit eating cereal. Probably doesn't help that I hate all cereal and think it's disgusting. If you want sugar for breakfast just do what my fellow Dutch people do and pour chocolate sprinkles on bread

My dislike of food floating in milk didn't do this video any favors tbh, but otherwise I was entertained for most of it.

- Wouldn't those ice cubes make the milk watery? Gross.
- Getting offered 'cosmic brownies' in a park in San Francisco. Now those are the tour stories I want!
- The flashback to DnP playing Minecraft and that specific clip got the loudest laugh out of me. Classic.
- Phil finding hetero sex not only bad for his beauty sleep, but also unappetizing lmao.

phil's fear of death and ageing and the general concept of the passage of time is pretty well-documented, so maybe that's catching up to him now that he's in his mid thirties. the pandemic's left everyone with free time and a looming cloud of uncertainty re: the future, so him feeling a certain way about his looks changing with time is perfectly natural. Or I could be totally wrong and Phil's just chillin'

Dan hyping his video is the nostalgia I needed today, always have to remind us of his status as Phil Trash #1 (tm)

I am genuinely obsessed with the idea of them drip feeding us a house tour by golden pig statue hide and seek. Very much yes, this needs to happen.

There's something comforting about this type of video. It's like the kind of video he has done for so long, it could just as we'll have been made 7 years ago. I love when he switches things up but a good old taste testing video is so classic Phil.

But at the same time it was pretty vulnerable? Talking about how he hadn't felt very confident lately. I think it's something many of us can relate to. Dressing up can definitely work so I'm glad he put on that nice suit jacket even for a silly cereal video. Also please tell us the whole brownie in SF annecdote!

Phil's video is definitely just a one-time-watch kinda thing for me, but I loved it either way simply for getting to see his face again. Also, it's incredibly on-brand for Phil to find another reason wear a suit he probably bought for that wedding he went to. The man always gets his money's worth.

Anyway. I'm not emotionally prepared to have to wait another month to get more content, so... Please boys. Please spare me this misery and post more often. Gawd, I miss the Stereo shows.

I keep thinking about Phil expressing his insecurity. That's such a vulnerable thing for him to do on his channel and he doesn't usually handle vulnerable topics until he's well past that particular vulnerability. I wonder if this was in his loose script or if he really did decide on the suit jacket last minute when he was picking out something to wear, and that sentiment was more spur of the moment?

This video is so fun and chill and wholesome. I am a bit disappointed w Youtube algorithm not pushing it more! It would let Phil know that he needs to make more of these!
(although I understand it was not exactly everyone's cup of tea here too ;_;!)
